Abrasive Media Blasting
We provide abrasive media blasting in our new environmentally friendly blast booth. This process is commonly known as sandblasting, but we have not used toxic silica sand in years. We use steel grit abrasive, which is cleaned and reused many times. This process reduces the disposal of blast materials to a small percentage of the traditional process. Our blast booth, equipped with dust collectors, does not release any dust into the environment. The controlled environment of our blast booth ensures that our operators have a controlled environment to work in and are not affected by the weather, while protecting your equipment from the elements. With proper lighting and dust removal, our operators can see what they are doing to ensure that everything is done properly.
